The Association of Obstetric Fistula Surgeons of Tanzania (AOFST) was established in 2010. It is a charitable, non-profit organization focused on helping women affected by childbirth injuries and related conditions.

To support women affected by obstetric fistula through treatment, healthcare training and community awareness.

To bring hope, dignity and a better life to women with obstetric fistula in Tanzania.
